About the Position:
Designer’s Antique is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior design projects at our Pimple Saudagar location. You’ll be the on-ground leader ensuring projects are executed to our high standards — on time, on brief, and with precision.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate with contractors and vendors
Read and interpret 2D drawings to guide execution on site
Ensure work quality meets Designer’s Antique standards
Communicate project updates to the design and management team
Identify and resolve site issues proactively
Maintain safety and compliance on site at all times
Requirement Details:
Experience Minimum 2 years in a site supervision or similar role
Technical Skills Hands-on experience with 2D drawings
Communication Strong verbal communication and coordination skills
Location Must be available to work at Pimple Saudagar, Pune
Bonus Points If You Have:
Prior experience in interior design or fit-out projects
Knowledge of material estimation and vendor management
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools
